Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Caesarea, Ontario, Canada via insured Canada Post with tracking provided on every shipment.

Packaging Every piece — whether an original painting or a print — is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Originals are wrapped in protective materials and double-boxed for maximum protection during transit. Prints are packaged flat or in a rigid mailer to prevent bending or damage.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Custom pet portraitcommissions will have individual timelines discussed at the time of order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at michellemarpas@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of any damage, and we will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue promptly.
